A public discussion organized in memory of Eyasu Berhe

In memory of the late renowned artist Eyasu Berhe who died suddenly on January 18, 2010, and to assess and remember his work, a public discussion was organized at Mekelle University on Feb. 08, 2010.

Before the opening of the discussion, the participants stood from their seats and remembered the late artist.

MU and Gadarif University reaffirmed to beef-up their cooperation

Mekelle University and Gadarif University in The Sudan have a firm and growing relationship. The two universities signed MoU on 11 May 2009.

On 29 Dec. 2009, the Vice Chancellor of the Gadarif University, Prof. M. Awad Salih visited Mekelle University. He had held talks with the president of Mekelle University, Prof. Mitiku Haile and other management members of the university.
