1. Admission to all undergraduate Distance and Continuing Education Programs is processed by the registrar and granted by the department.
  2. The University shall give priority to its permanent and contract employees serving for at least one year and having a good performance in their duties for admission to the different programs according to the interest of the office or academic unit the employee is working and relevance of the field of study to the University. The number of employees that shall be admitted to each program shall not exceed 15% of the minimum intake capacity of the academic unit
