School of Earth Science, CNCS held a consultative meeting on the title "The role of Georesources in Rebuilding Tigray" in Zemarias Hotel.

In the occassion, a welcome speach was delivered by Prof. Abraha on the behalf of CNCS & MU; and an opening remark made by General Tadese Werede, vice president of Tigray Intrim Government. During the conference different titles were presented by Prof. Miruts, Dr. Kasa and Dr. Abdelwassie focussing on the role of minerals and water resources in rebuilding Tigray. Moreover, several important issues were raised and discussed in details. Finally, the ways forward in rebuilding Tigray were discussed.
